The ideal time for physical exercise!

It is a well-established routine that we would not eat anything after the night session (Dinner/supper) for 10 to 12 hours!

As such, deprived of food intake for a rather long duration, there would be a lesser quantum of energy (glucose) in the body tissues.

When doing physical exercise in such a situation, the body will tend to take the excess strength required from all the already saved fat in the system. As such, it is ideal especially for those intending to lose weight to undertake a physical exercise in the morning!

The task of reproduction of growing tissues starts only in the morning. As such, doing physical exercise in the morning facilitates the burning of the excess fat in the body,  and also set the day for burning fat right through the day! There is no need in this regard to worry about any issues with the digestion system because of this!

However, if the intention of physical exercise includes body-building, then it would not be right to do physical exercise in the morning. Undertaking body-building exercise demands excess glucose which may be low during the mornings as explained above!

In case of diabetics, the sugar level may keep changing at different times of the day and they should not undertake physical exercises on an empty stomach. This does not mean that they must not do physical exercise in the morning – they can take a limited quantum of food and then can do physical exercises.
