Recent research has established that including curd in the daily diet helps control high blood pressure.
This research was undertaken by the South Australia University and results have been published in the ‘International Dairy Journal’.
The research was undertaken to analyse the link between including curd in the diet and the factors for the complaints of blood pressure and heart.
From this research, it is established and announced that daily intake of curd in the diet prevents high blood pressure.
It is worth noting at this juncture that over 100 Crores Citizens all over the world are affected with high blood pressure! High Blood Pressure may also lead to more severe complaints such as heart attack and paralytic attack.
It is also well-known that on a global level, heart-related complaints are one of the most important reasons for deaths. Statistics reveal that every 36 seconds, citizens due to heart problems in the United States of America. In comparison, in Australia, 1 person dies every 12 seconds due to heart issues.
High blood pressure is the No#1 reason for heart-related ailments. As such, it is critically essential to find the remedies for controlling and reducing blood pressure!
Dairy products, especially curd, may have the property to reduce blood pressure. The main reason for this property of curd may be that most dairy products are rich in Calcium, Magnesium, and Potassium. These elements play vital roles in reducing blood pressure.
One of the doctors of the research team, Dr Wade, shared:” This research does not mean that a citizen has to take excess quantities of curd! Just a smaller quantity of curd would be sufficient to ensure the preventive measure of high blood pressure!”
The research team further emphasised that more extensive researches are essential to finding measures to control high blood pressure!
