Sinus is one of the severe health difficulties people face in their day-to-day life. According to the research, it is a cluster of tissues affected by the degradation of tissues. Sinus occurs due to air cavities at the nose, and the blockage will build up germs, which causes nasal membrane linings to be infected seriously. There are various types of sinuses.

Frontal sinus – It is affected at the forehead and it is the inner part of the eye and eyebrow area.

Ethmoid sinus – It is above the nose part which means exactly between the eyes

Sphenoid sinus – it is behind the nose and between the eyes

Maxillary sinus – it is cheekbone blow eyes

According to reports, any sinus which remains for more than eight weeks will keep re-occurring for a long time, and it shows a severe impact on one’s health seemingly. If people are ignored and have not gone for treatment, these cavity tissues will become chronic infections eventually and have the chance of affecting the chest and lungs in the body.  When the sinus is not treated for a long time, it leads to having infections in the ear, chest, and throat. There will be a large amount of mucus deposit which has no chance of out of the system.

It will also cause swelling and pressure in the spine and brain. There is an issue of eye-socket infection so, one will suffer vision loss.

Tiredness is one of the other health issues that can sprout due to the sinus. Energy levels in the body subdue gradually and the person feels extreme tiredness all the time and feels like sleeping.

If the sinus is not treated, anaerobic bacteria are released, which will affect the mouth area and finally, lead to dental problems.  If you are suffering from sinus, you need to consult a doctor without further delay to avoid severe health problems.
