Humans tend to forget things, and it is so normal among us all. It might be because of a busy lifestyle or doing a whole lot of things at a time. However, it is not so enjoyable. Therefore, I like to give you some essential tips to have a good memory.
Meditation:
We keep many things in mind with hectic schedules. If we spare a few minutes daily for meditation, it can delete jumbling thoughts from the mind and keep needed things on mind. So, every day in the morning, give some time for yourself to have meditation.
Slowdown activities:
Try to avoid things doing fast and try to slow down activities. It can help recall things easily. Once you start doing things at a slow pace, you will be in relaxing mode all the time. Especially people who are aging.
Avoid doing multiple works at a time:
One has to practice doing things one at a time but not multiple tasks. Try to avoid spending time on mobile or TV longer times. You must focus on work and do not mix the work and watch TV or mobile phones. Therefore, your concentration is more important than thinking of something and doing other.
Try to go to bed as early as possible:
If you keep working long hours, you are neglecting sleep. Your body needs enough rest during the night. At least seven hours of sleep is compulsory. It keeps your body and mind in control of everything. When your mind has enough rest, it helps improve your memory.
Maintain notes on phones:
Today, you find many apps for notes. Take notes on your mobile phone. List out things that you have to do every day. Practice it every day as per the timetable. You can easily overcome memory loss and start to improve memory.
Physical activity:
Try to spend time at the gym regularly. Physical exercise can help maintain good health. When you have good health, you will improve your memory.
