We all dream of having beautiful and clear skin but issues like acne and pimples would dampen our dreams. It is normal to get acne and pimples on the cheeks. There are some people who would get these on their foreheads too. By this, a person would feel down and depressed. There are various reasons for getting pimples and acne on the foreheads frequently.
Not washing hair enough:
We might not wash our hair often and we might think that it is okay. This would create issues not only to hairs but also to the forehead. Stress:

Dandruff:
Having dandruff might be another reason for getting forehead acne and pimples. The tiny dandruff flakes might fall on the forehead and this could lead to acne and pimples etc on the forehead. It is good to use an anti-dandruff shampoo to avoid or reduce dandruff in hairs.
Hormonal change:
It is also possible to get forehead pimples and acne etc due to hormonal imbalance and changes. It must be noted that during puberty we could get few variations in the body and pimples and acnes are one of them. Fact is that during puberty your body would go through lots of internal changes and release heat. This might lead to pimples and acne on the foreheads.
Medications:
Birth control pills when taken uncontrollably by a woman would lead to pimples and acne on her forehead. Hence, it is essential to consult a gynaecologist before taking these pills.
Treatment for forehead pimples and acnes:
It is known that there are 3 types of pimples and acnes such as whiteheads/ blackheads, nodules/cysts, papules/ pustules etc. Depending on these, the dermatologist would suggest topical treatments or an antibiotic cream etc. Hormone treatment like birth control pills and prescription of acne medication like isotretinoin etc would be done for cysts and nodules type pimples etc.
