Who wouldn’t love to eat cheese, probably the most delicious food available?

It is true that many people like eating cheese which is a famous dairy product and cheese has got the ability to enhance the flavour. These days, people love to eat cheeseburgers or cheesecake etc and from time to time, we all crave for cheese. Various ingredients present in cheese are protein, calcium and phosphorus, high in sodium and saturated fats but low in fibres.

There are some people who cannot live without eating cheese also. This whole food is healthy when it is consumed in limited quantities. A Person could get several health issues if he or she consumes cheese in excess quantities.

Various side effects of intake of excess cheese are

Not natural:
There is some belief that cheese is a natural product but actually it is not. Truth is that dairy products like cheese etc have artificial ingredients like Bovine Growth hormone etc. This is not good for the health. A person could get long term issues by eating cheese.

Dehydration issues:
We could get dehydration issues when we do not drink enough water. Truth is that high sodium foods like cheese burgers etc would add up quickly. So, please be careful.

Gastric issues:
Instead of getting processed by the body and absorbed, all lactose would end up in the large intestines when a person is highly lactose intolerant. Point is that when a person after consuming excess cheese feels highly uncomfortable or gassy etc, then it means that cheese doesn’t suit the person.

Increases cholesterol levels:
It is known that cheese is rich in cholesterol and by consuming cheese in excess a person would have high levels of cholesterol. It is advised to eat cheese in moderate amounts only. For the sake of good heart health, we must avoid eating cheese.

Increase weight:
Many people think of cheese as a low protein high carbohydrates food and they add cheese to the salads, sandwiches etc. It must be noted that by including cheese in the weight loss diet a person would gain weight instead of losing weight.
