We all would have heard billions of times that intake of fat is not good for our health. There is also good fat which many of us might not have known. The intake of good fats would provide us with lots of health benefits. It is good to eat these below mentioned high fat foods for the sake of our health.

Consumption of Avocado:
This is one high fat food containing oleic acid and we can consume avocado without any fear. Intake of avocado would lower bad cholesterol levels in us.
