  • Have the habit of taking oil bath at least once a week applying oil for the entire body and massaging. This will certainly improve blood circulation system in a balanced way. It will also reduce the decay of the joints in our body.
  • Tissues get affected while sitting and working at a single place for long durations or because of injuries. Hence avoid sitting at one place for long hours. Take a breath every hour so, and walk a distance and then return to your seat. This can avoid possible future problems.
  • When the tissues in the neck are affected, there will be swelling and pain. This can occur especially for those who sit and work in front of computers for long hours. Take the proper treatment and then continue the exercises prescribed for the neck regularly.
  • Now-a-says we do not sit on the ground with crossed legs as compared to earlier times. Resume this habit of sitting cross-legged on the floor at least once or twice a week for a reasonable time. This will be good for the spinal cord and the waist.
  • It is easier to cure when the pain is not so severe. Some people have bent spinal cords from the birth. This can also be cured.
  • Doing physical exercises will strengthen the tissues and the muscles Any swelling of muscles immediately affects the related bones and tissues. Hence, better take up doing exercises regularly.
  • People with back pain should be more careful while sneezing! Do not strain your neck & waist while sneezing; it will affect the tissues in those areas.
  • Failing to take timely food will result in generation of unwanted gases in the stomach and create problems. Hence, timely food is essential!
  • Working on the computer without proper sitting posture, talking over cell-phone while lying flat on the stomach, and sitting at one place for long durations can all lead to back pain! So, avoid these habits!
