Prevention
It is almost impossible to prevent formation of stone in the gall bladder. However, it is possible to take preventive action. Taking timely food every day is the first step. Skipping meals is a likely reason for formation of stone in the gall.
Do not take any quick steps for losing weight. Healthy procedures are the best for weight loss. Any fast methods adapted for quick weight loss may result in formation of stone in the gall. It is best to plan to lose half kg to 1 kg weight per week!
