Heart attacks occur mostly due to high blood pressure.

Experts inform that the practice of retiring to bed an hour earlier than the usual time can help prevent high blood pressure.

Medical experts from Harvard University at Boston conducted a research among the patients affected by high blood pressure.

They made them sleep an hour earlier than their normal sleeping time. They tried  this for 6 continuous weeks.

Subsequently, it was observed that there was a reduction in their blood pressure.

Taking this result, experts advise that it is better to retire to bed an hour earlier than the usual time to prevent high blood pressure.
