Simple Exercises to Ease Eye Strain

Here are some simple exercises to aid refresh and ease the strain on your eyes.

Palming: Rub your both hands together nearly for about 10 to 15 minutes, till they become lightly warm. Now place the palm upon your eyes. It doesn’t mean that you should place your hands on eye balls directly, instead just keep your hands softly over your eyes.

Recurrent Blinking: Blinking for every 3 or 4 seconds helps in lessening eye strain. At times when we watch television or working on the computer we incline to blink less. Let your eyes to repose by blinking every few seconds.

Concentrate on a distant object: Select an object that is nearly about 6 to 10 meters away from you and solely focus on it for a few seconds continuously without turning your head much. This gives some relief to the ciliary muscles that lean to be under a lot of stress.

Eye Rolling: Aim rolling your eyes, trailing as big a circle as possible. Recur about four times, then close your eyes, converge on your breathing and relax.
