All about hair troubles

Early graying of hair and baldness, short hair, etc were troubles that were faced only by very few in earlier days. This however has grown to such an extent that there are complaints from all corners about hair related troubles irrespective of age.
 
One can get to know the health condition of an individual depending on the condition of one’s hair. Hair needs equal importance like that of your own self. However, due to varied reasons including stress, lifestyle changes, pollution, chemicals, etc, the hygiene of hair is hugely affected. Here are few tips on how to overcome these issues and still maintain good health in your hair:
 
·         Wash your hair once in two days

·         Those with oily hair can take hair wash once in a day

·         Apply hair oil at least two days in a week

·         Those with dry hair need to apply oil thrice a week

·         Avoid applying hair oil before your bedtime

·         Applying lukewarm oil is always recommended

·         Take good care in choosing the right comb for your hair. Wooden combs are always preferable

·         Avoid use of hair brush

·         Do not comb your wet hair

·         Most hair troubles are due to fungus formed due to oily content in your hair. Those suffering with this trouble can take hair wash at least twice a week  

·         If dandruff problem lasts for more than two weeks, you are advised to consult a doctor

·         Shampoo that doesn’t contain sulfate and which gives out less foam are preferable for use. Obviously, herbal shampoo products are good for use  

·         It’s not merely enough if you take hair wash on all days. It is indeed important to have proper intake of nutritious food. Iron, protein, etc are essential for the good health of hair. Protein is highly needed for the dense growth of your hair  

·         Greens, mushroom, cucumber, gooseberry, green vegetables, raisins, etc are good for hair. Frequent consumption of these items are recommended

·         Drink 3 to 3.5 glasses of water every day

·         Consume water in an form – either as water itself, or fruit juice, or vegetables and fruits rich in water content

·         One of the main reasons for hair fall in women is due to their anemic condition. Food items that are rich in iron content
