Each & every activity of a pregnant woman not only affects her but also the child growing in the womb!
Pregnant woman should take special care on the food items they take.
Again, the reason for extra care is that it will affect the child also! This is especially applicable for the medicines taken by the pregnant women!
Here is a suggestion list regarding tablets/medicines to be avoided by pregnant women:
· Pregnant women MUST not take analgesics or pain relievers like ibuprofen & Aspirin. This will affect the growth of the child. For complaints like headache, it is better to apply natural cure.
· They should not take anti-Fungal Drugs especially without consulting doctors.
· Acne medication should also be avoided. It is natural to get pimples during pregnancy due to the hormonal changes. Hence, no medicine should be taken in an attempt to get rid of these pimples. Be assured that the pimples will vanish by themselves as they appeared.
· It is better to avoid fever drugs such as paracetamol. Please note that taking paracetamol during the first 3 months of pregnancy will certainly affect the child’s growth.
· It is also best to avoid Anti Depression drugs. Any anti depression drug taken during pregnancy may create unnecessary complications during the delivery. Hence better practice ‘Yoga’ or meditations to get relief from mental tension.
· Anti Allergic drugs must also be avoided just like anti fungal drugs. It is best to cure the allergy though natural process. For example, stay away from dust after cleaning/sweeping the house. Increase your body resistance to fever by taking nutritious food.
· Anti-motion drugs also must be avoided during pregnancy! This drug can affect the child in the womb.
· Avoid taking sleeping pills; This is very much applicable during normal times leave alone pregnancy period as it brings about unhealthy changes in the system. For pregnant ladies, the harmful effect will be much more severe! So, avoid taking sleeping tablets! Rather, close your eyes and keep peaceful!
· Avoid herbal medicines as well. Even though they are made from organic growth, it is better to avoid them during pregnancy! Avoid especially herbs like Aloe Vera, Ginseng, and Rosemary!
