Things to be noted by people who do physical exercise!

Physical exercise, properly done with the guidance from a coach, will bring more strength and will not do any harm.

·         The exercises for strengthening the thigh part are a bit difficult. Some people tend to skip it. But this is wrong.

·         Some people will take up only exercises above the waist level. This will deprive the knees & the legs the strength to be given to powerful muscles of the waist to bear the weight of the upper part of the body. Hence, this practice should be thoroughly avoided.

·         Some people tend to do exercises that strengthen the arms only. This again is a wrong approach. If only arms muscles are given exercises neglecting the other muscles, it will result in an unbalanced and uneven appearance of the body.

·         There are no specific exercises marked for ‘body-building’. All exercises can be done both the genders. There are no exercises meant only for one particular gender.

·         Even if undertaking exercise giving attention to the part of the body accumulated with fat, one cannot reduce it. Exercises for the whole body only only can help dissolve the excess fat.

·         Do not go to the gym with an empty stomach. For that matter, neither stuff yourself to the full! Be aware about the type of exercises to be taken and the calories required for the same and whether we are taking exercises for increasing or decreasing the weight and take food accordingly before setting out for the gym.

·         There are no specific timings for doing physical exercises. You can do it any time!

·         As explained, plan the food that you take before exercises. Similarly, plan the food to be taken after the exercises as well. It is best if it is protein-rich.
