While undertaking walking exercise, the calories in the body get dissolved. This induces appetite. If we take high-calorie diet at this time, it may definitely result in weight gain!

Keep in mind that a person of average height & weight needs only 2400 calories per day and choose your diet after walking exercise accordingly.

It is better to take fruit juice or buttermilk after return from walking. If the juice has extra sugar, it will be thicker. Taking this or thicker items like curd will result in weight gain.

Avoid milkshakes which contain milk & sugar and better take fresh juice with less sugar.

Oily items and items fried in oil should be thoroughly avoided. Walking will not yield any benefits if we continue taking fat-rich food items!
