Snoring can controlled with simple exercises

Simple tongue and mouth exercises can perform wonders, especially if the partner snores in his sleep and hampering partnering. Such exercises according to researchers can help to reduce snoring frequency by about 36% and snoring total power by 59%.

The study further demonstrates non-invasive, promising treatment for huge population of snorers, who have been snoring and disturbing their bed partners, who are omitted largely from treatment and research, according to medical director. With this exercise, snorers can push tongue tip against mouth roof and slide backwards their tongue.
