Soya is rich in Iron & Protein!

Soya helps remove the harmful fats accumulated in the body.

It is also good for heart.

For the women who are approaching menopause, production of estrogens tends to reduce and also efficiency of functioning of the wombs will be reduced. The best remedy for this is to include soya in the diet 5 times a week.

Soaking soya beans in water and allowing it to sprout and then making ;sundal’ (boiling it and seasoning with spices and herbs) and taking it will meet the requirement s of estrogens and vitamin ‘E’.

In green gram & kidney beans (rajma), the carbohydrate content is 56.7% & 60% respectively.

However, soya contains only 20% carbohydrate!

Hence, soya rightfully occupies a leading place in the food items helping weight reduction!

Soya contains more Calcium (240 mg) & Phosphorous (690 mg) as compared to any other grain/pulse.

Calcium & Phosphorous are essential requirements for heart patients, persons affected with childlessness, pregnant women, and suckling mothers.

Also, soya contains slightly more quantity of Iron as compared to other pulses at 10.4%.

However, gents will have to to take less quantity of soya as estrogen content is rather high!
