All of us suffer from aches and pains from time to time. Here are a few things you can do at home to relieve pain.
EXERCISE: Yes, thats what I said. Believe it or not, exercising when you have pain can relieve you. Exercise your muscles, go for a walk or do some stretches.
HEAT: Pain in usually caused by tense muscles. Relieve muscles by applying heat. You can either use a hot water bath or dip a towel in hot water and apply to area (make sure the towel or the bag are not too hot to burn your skin!)
DIET: Include anti inflammatory foods in your diet. Turmeric and ginger can give amazing results
EPSOM SALTS: Muscle cramps are caused by magnesium deficiency. Epsom salts are rich in that mineral. Add 2 cups of Epsom salts in a tub of water and soak yourself or just the painful area for a while. Repeat every week till you feel relief.
