· Say no to oily foods - The monsoon climate might tempt you to bite a hot, crispy samosa with a tea complementing the taste, wow! But keep in mind that this is not going to serve goodness to your body. These rich in oil items can cause bloating in you and give rise to other digestive troubles
· Drink plenty of water – this is one of the commonest advices you should be hearing to right from your childhood. When it’s cold around you, chances are that you might not feel thirsty. No matter you feel the thirst or not, drink plenty of water to avoid getting dehydrated. You may doubt the harmful effects of dehydration. When your body gets dehydrated, it gives rise to fluctuations in levels of your blood pressure

· & Do not pile up clothes for laundry – Since you do not find enough sunlight to dry your clothes, you may pile them up for washing on a sunny day. Do not ever do this mistake. · Say hello to sun - Do not avoid being under the sun. Sun being the best source for Vitamin D, you need to expose yourself to it whenever you can
