For keeping good health, it is essential to do daily regular physical exercises.
Getting into the habit of undertaking a walk regularly is also advised.
It is better to check for cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood test once in every 6 months.
If there are diabetics in the heredity, it is better to go for these checks once in 3 months!
It is highly recommended that everyone should have eye-testing & glaucoma tests once a year.
Especially males must keep a watch on their cholesterol & sugar level in the blood.
Females should have breast check once in 3 months. They should have mammogram annually. They should have pop-smear test every year. Do not neglect if there is a small outages of urine or white formation – consult the doctor immediately!
Take fibre-rich food. Never skip breakfast! Males must especially note that it is natural to be frequently cross at the age of 40 and hence should avoid tension! Ensure to spend some good time with the family. Doing physical exercises jointly with all other family members will definitely reduce mental tension.
