To hydrate our body, we need to consume large amount of vegetables and fruits. These can easily replenish electrolytes in our body. Not just a few, most veggies and fruits contain high levels of water. You can make these vegetables your favorite snack for a perfect evening. Hence, make it a practice to consume such vegetables and fruits in addition to drinking enough water. This will be beneficial in two ways – you get the benefit of hydrating your body and get rich nutrients as well. For instance, consuming greens will deliver rich minerals, fibre and antioxidants. They also induce digestion and at the same time, hydrate your body.
Spinach, water melons, tomatoes, and carrots are good on your health. In fact, you can consume a piece of water melon after your heavy workouts instead of drinking a glass of water.

Zucchini – this is completely made of water. It also has fibre, magnesium, vitamins and folate
