Potato: Cancer-attacking element is present just under the skin of potato. Hence, it is advisable to eat potato with ths skin. It is especially good to include Baby potato (small size potatoes) which are almost spherical in shape.

Tomato prevents lung, stomach, mouth, liver, rectal liver and prostate cancer.
Cabbage: Cabbage prevents pancreas cancer, breast cancer, stomach cancer, and liver cancer. Scientists recommend that if juice extracts of cabbage, cauliflower, and broccoli is taken when undergoing chemotherapy can certainly cure breast cancer. They also confirm regular intake of cabbage can prevent pancreas cancer. Sulfur & Hystetitin amino acid contained in cabbage are the chemicals which prevent cancer.
Salad: Onion, carrot, cucumber, and tomato salad is the best food item that acts against cancer. It is worth noting that children like to take this food in salad form if given from their young age.
