Select the shampoo that suits your hair for cleaning the hair and removing the knotting-up of hair before taking bath.

However, take care not to indulge using shampoo excessively.

Please do not be led by the consideration that excess lather means extra cleaning.

While using the shampoo, rinse your hair thoroughly.

Please use a conditioner every time you use the shampoo. It is better to apply the conditioner at the end of the hair rather than the root of the hair.

Rinse thoroughly after applying conditioner. After washing the hair with the shampoo, mix a teaspoon of vinegar in a cup of water and use it to wash your hair. The hair will be soft & silky.

After applying henna on the head, it is not ok to use shampoo. This is because; henna by itself is a good conditioner. Hence, it is not advisable to use shampoo after applying henna.

Hence, use the shampoo the previous day and keep the hair dry. You can apply henna the next day, keep it for some time and rinse the hair.

Do not the comb hair when wet. Also, avoid drying the hair with swift strokes with the towel. It is better to wrap your hair with a towel for some time. Use the hair-dryer by showing it towards the root of the hair rather than end of the hair. By using the hair-dryer at the end of the hair, it may lead to excessive drying causing a split in the hair.

Do not use hair-dryer quite frequently. Use the hair-dryer keeping the drying side down. Do not keep showing the hair-dryer at one place for a long time.

Persons with dry type of hair should not take bath on the head frequently.
