Bones wear out due to various reasons such as shortage of vitamins & protein, lack of adequate physical exercise or working in an air-conditioned environment.
There are no symptoms available to detect our body bones getting worn out.
It will be known only after the bones get entirely worn out when external symptoms will appear. Body fatigue, body-ache, small injuries leading to waist-bones and spinal bones fracture are all symptoms which appear after the bones wear out.
Bone-wearing out complaint is not hereditary. This can be prevented but cannot be completely cured.
