· Overeating and wrong food habits are likely to increase your body weight, beware!You can choose comfort food in moderation and in winter, you get tempted to indulge more in eating. You very well get tempted towards snacking and eating hot fried foods
· Follow an exercise regimen. Just because of the dip in temperature, do not turn out to be a couch potato. Indoor games and activities or even dancing can also be a good replacement for exercise. Have the windows open to have fresh air coming in
· Take enough rest. Stress will deplete your body immune system and pave way for infections. If you find anything tough with getting enough sleep, identify the issue and resolve it
· It is always better to take preventive measures; consult with a general physician and take preventive care needed to be taken this season. Of all, the influenza is weakening viral illness that attacks even the healthiest
