Take a lot of buttermilk in summer to prevent body heat

It is an excellent habit to drink a lot of buttermilk during the hot day in the summer season.

Buttermilk has low calories. It has essential healthy ingredients. Buttermilk contains Vitamin B12, Calcium, phosphorus, and Foblovin. Buttermilk helps the growth of healthy bones and resistance to skin diseases. The habit of drinking 1 big glass of buttermilk every day meets all the nutritious ingredients required. Taking this glass of buttermilk between 2 sessions of meals will act as a healthy food item by itself.

Buttermilk increases body resistance to illnesses. It removes germs from the liver and their harmful effects. Buttermilk also helps resist cold and cough and increases body resistance to such attacks.
