These home remedies are superb for those having bones based problems

People all over the world face many problems related to their bones. It is now revealed that one third adults have some types of pain in their joints and the pain is present in many places like low back, knees, hip, neck etc. It is common that most of us take pain killers to get rid of the pain present in our bones.

It is said that by following the below mentioned home remedies bone problems could be treated.

Epsom salt - By this Epsom salt any inflammation could be reduced because of the presence of high contents of magnesium and sulphates in these salts. It is said that adding two cups of this salt to bathwater and soaking for 20 minutes would bring relief to those having bone problems.

Applying cold and hot packs - This is of great benefit for those having bone problems and pain. Cold ice pack followed by hot compress would reduce the pain in the joints very fast.

Consume more calcium - Calcium is very important for our bones strength. Low levels of this calcium would result in early bone loss and bone density. So calcium must be taken in more amounts.  Consumption of green leafy vegetables plus beans, tofu etc would be superb and would increase the calcium levels.

Consuming vitamin D more- Consuming vitamin D rich foods like milk, cereals, orange juice, egg yolks etc is very important. This would result in strong and healthy bones.

Consuming ginger tea - By consuming ginger tea at home it is possible to reduce pain in the swollen joints as this ginger tea has got superb anti-inflammatory properties.

Rosemary oil application - By applying this rosemary oil in those affected areas the circulation could be improved and synovial fluid that build up in the joints in bones would be drained out.
