Try these home remedies for indigestion and gas problems

Known as ‘Dyspepsia’ this indigestion is a chronic medical condition that needs to be cured. It is said that this indigestion could be caused by over eating spicy foods, sleeping immediately after taking food, drinking alcohol, smoking etc.

Usually we take antacids when we get indigestion problems. It must be noted that taking antacids does not relieve us from this issue immediately and it takes some time.

The below mentioned home remedies could bring quick relief for those with indigestion and gas problems.

Consume apple cider vinegar - The presence of acetic acid in this apple cider vinegar lowers the acidity in the stomach and brings huge relief.  Two tea spoons of this apple cider vinegar should be mixed with a glass of warm water. Then some honey could be added and this combination when consumed gives speedy relief from indigestion and gas problems.

Drink cold milk - By consuming cold milk the acids present in our stomach gets treated and relief is got. For better results it is now said drinking cold milk must be done twice daily.

Drink peppermint tea - This peppermint tea would be superb for those having indigestion and gas issues as the methanol in this peppermint helps in relaxing the stomach muscles and aids in digestion.

Honey consumption - It is revealed that consuming honey an hour before every meal would be fantastic and problems due to indigestion and gas would not be present. The anti-inflammatory properties of this honey plays crucial role in curing indigestion.

Drink Aloe Vera juice - By consuming this juice problems due to indigestion could be solved. This aloe vera has got many vitamins, minerals amino acids in it and they help in enhancing digestion in us.

Consume coconut oil - Presence of lauric acids plus capric acids in the coconut oils would soothe our stomach thereby curing from indigestion issues.
