This stored urine from bladder gets released by means of urethra and this process is known as urination. Some people urinate more when compared to others. This issue of frequent urination is also called as overactive bladder. This frequent urination must be considered seriously and must not be ignored. Diabetes, prostate gland issues plus urinary bladder issues etc are few important causes for this frequent urination in us. Drinking fluids containing caffeine and alcohol could also cause this issue.
