Eye is a very important organ that helps us to see the world and it is essential that we must take proper care of eyes. These days in both youngsters as well as in adults the loss of vision is found and this is really sad. Lack of interest in consuming proper food plus improper intake of balanced diet contributes to this loss of vision.
These below mentioned foods must be consumed by us without fail so that our eyesight would be great.
Carrot consumption - Carrots are rich in beta carotene plus vitamin A and this vitamin A plays huge role in our vision. So intake of carrots is good for eyesight.
Raw red peppers intake - Rich in vitamin A, C and in enzymes, these raw red peppers are one of the most common vegetables present. Intake of these lessens the risk of visual impairment in us. Retina in us plus the inner wall of our eyes gets protected by the intake of the raw red peppers. Enough care must be taken so that they are not overcooked as overcooking could lead to destruction of their nutritional properties present in them.
Intake of sunflower seeds and nuts - Zinc plus vitamin E are present in the sunflower seeds is known. These seeds could be sprinkled over yoghurts or salads and could be consumed by us easily. It improves our vision. Nuts could be eaten in raw form or could be used as dressings over desserts etc and then consumed by us. By eating nuts our vision would improve well.
Dark leafy greens consumption - The presence of anti-oxidants like lutein and zeaxanthin in these leafy vegetables does superbly to keep our eyes in healthy condition. Issues like cataract could also be avoided.
Salmon fish consumption - One of the fantastic foods that could be consumed for our vision to be good is salmon. These salmons are rich in omega 3 fatty acids and inflammation in our body gets lowered. Both age related macular degeneration as well as dry eye syndrome could be avoided.

Intake of eggs - Eggs are consumed by many of us and our daily requirement for protein is got by eating eggs. Yolks are rich in lutein plus zeaxanthin and these prevent issues like cataract etc.
