Many of us think about certain matter a lot to take right decisions and this is normal. There are few people who think a lot even for small things every day. This is not normal. This over thinking leads to stress and this stress could increase the cortisol hormone levels in us. This would finally lower our energy levels.

Not consuming breakfast is not the right thing to do and it would lower our energy levels. Other health issues caused due to avoiding breakfast are obesity, heart diseases etc.

Usually we feel that by doing strenuous physical activities like exercises etc we get tired. This is not true. This could also be a reason for low energy levels in us. Many research studies have shown that messy surroundings make the people less active and less energised and this is when compared with those people who are surrounded by clean and organised surroundings. Messy surroundings could make a person less motivated and this could make the person feel lazy and lethargic.

Regular intake of energy drinks:

This is one habit many of us do regularly and it is not good. Intake of energy drinks could bring our energy levels down rather than increasing it. The presence of high amounts of sugar in the energy drinks lowers our energy levels as sugar uses lot of energy and our body has to work extra hard to process it.
