These are the important ways to improve the health of our brain

These days we often come across many aged people who lack the ability to remember. These people keep forgetting things due to the poor health of their brains. It is said that our body gives signals to indicate us that it is not okay. Sometimes certain symptoms occur in us again and again and it is a must that we must take notice of these. Forgetting again and again, waking up with heavy head, need for caffeine etc are the various signs that our body gives us to show that our brain health is poor. Decline in the memory power or cognitive impairment is not inevitable and there are few tips or ways that could be followed by us to improve these and our brain health.

These are the tips for improving our brain health.

By exercising:

This is very important and must be followed for the brain health to be good. For those persons who sit continuously at one place must make it as a habit to do some physical activity. By this health of the brain is improved. Blood flow to the brain is improved by doing exercises.

By intake of foods rich in omega 3 fatty acids:

For healthy functioning of brain, omega 3 fatty acids are essential. Foods like flax seeds, walnuts, fatty fish etc could be superb as they have high amounts of omega 3 fatty acids.

By taking care of our BP, diabetes etc:

Blood pressure and diabetes are 2 major issues that affect many people these days. BP must be maintained so that our brain stays healthy during our old age. Studies have shown that presence of diabetes could leads to dementia etc during our older age. Hence blood sugar levels must be maintained for the health of the brain.  

By sleeping well:

Sleeping is very important for all of us to stay fresh and active. Immunity gets boosted and the hormones would be balanced by sleeping well. Detoxification of brain is possible by proper sleeping.

By intake of coconut oil:

Power to the brain could be got by coconut oil which is a medium chain triglyceride. Hence consumption of coconut oil could give energy to the brain plus it could treat issues like dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease etc.

By maintaining our gut health:

Not many are aware of the fact that gut health is linked to the health of the brain. Improving the gut health could improve the health of the brain also.
