Food items to avoid while suffering headache

Headache s a very normal and regular occurrence which occurs at any time in daily life. However, the headache is surely due to some reason and hence, it is always advisable to avoid certain food items.

  • Never drink coffee while having a headache for whatever reasons!
  • In case food items with cheese as the ingredient is eaten while having a headache, it will take a long while to get the pain of the headache to go away!
  • In case of those who consume alcoholic beverages, around 29 to 36% of these drinkers suffer from migraine type of headache.
  • Treated and conditioned meat item can cause a migraine.
  • Items like noodles, pasta etc, in Chinese cuisine ca aggravate migraine type of headache.
  • As sugar is harmful to health, some tend to use artificial sweeteners. However, some researchers have established that these artificial sugar types can be the cause for the headache. Generally, all citrus fruits are rich in vitamin C. It is also true that they help to get rid of waste after digestion and also remove any toxic elements. However, some research studies have established that citrus fruits are the reasons by around 11% as the cause for the headaches.
  • Dark chocolate is good for health. It has been established that chocolate eating is the cause from 2% to 22% for the headache affected due to sensitiveness.
  • When people take nutritious grain items such as wheat and barley which contain gluten, it has been found that this does not agree to the system of some people and may cause a migraine.
