Remember to exercise for at least 30 minutes every single day. Regardless of how busy you are, keep exercising. These thirty minutes are not going to be too tough to win to stay healthy. Well if you are not comfortable hitting the gym, go on for a walk or jog or cycling.
No elevators. Stick to stairs
At work, try to take the stairs than the elevator. Perhaps you have heard this idea already, but you are not implementing it yet. So start using the stairs any number of times you wish to go up and down. Say bye to elevators and escalators. No vending machine please
Always make sure not to get anything out the vending machine, be it for chocolates or chips. Stay away from it as they are full of high calorie content which may ruin your healthy being. Always have healthy snack to munch on when you have a food craving.
Homemade lunch
When you dream to loose weight, the first thing in your focus should be to have homemade foods every single day. Those store-bought foods are very high in fat and calorie content that ultimately increases your weight. Make sure to prepare nutritive lunch and pack it for your work place.
Do not keep sitting
Being sedentary is one more mistake often uttered. Do not keep on sitting at the desk throughout the day. Rather, take a break for about a few minutes every hour and walk around or stand at your desk. Just try to move yourself out. When you are on phone, just stand up and converse. By doing so, you could burn some calories.
Water, water and more water
Remember to always have a bottle full of drinking water so that your body remains always hydrated. You will tend to drink water when you have it close to yourself, by your side. Have at least 3 litres of water daily. You may get harmed in many ways when your body gets dehydrated – leave no room for it!
