People often get worried about their face, skin and health when they turn 40. In our hectic life schedules we often forget to take care of our health and give more priority for our work.  Only when we reach 40 years of age we realise that it is high time to take care of the health. At the age of 40 and above people usually get many health issues are known.  It is said that our life begins at 40 and by eating certain foods and avoiding other foods men could keep hale and healthy even after 40 years of age.

There are certain foods that must be consumed by men who are 40 and above for their health to be good. These foods are

Intake of whole grains:

Rich in fibre, whole grains is a must for those men who are 40. The truth is the fibres present in the whole grains could keep our gut healthy plus it could improve our digestion. In addition to these the fibre could control BP and blood sugar levels efficiently in us. By intake of whole grains our immune system is improved and inflammation is lowered.

Intake of nuts:

Though intake of nuts is superb for any age group persons but it is more effective for those above 40 years of age. The fact is intake of nuts could keep us full for longer time periods. Loaded with fibres, proteins, unsaturated fats etc, nuts are tremendous for our health. Consumption of nuts could improve our immunity superbly.

Intake of milk:

To keep their bones healthy and strong, milk is very essential for men who are 40 and above. The calcium present in the milk plays a huge role here.

Intake of green tea:

It is known that green tea is least processed and it has got huge quantities of antioxidant named catechin. Men who are 40 and above could get many benefits like control of BP, prevention of cardiovascular diseases, strokes etc when they consume green tea. It is superb to note that intake of green tea could also prevent stomach and esophageal cancer etc.
