Be careful about these habits that could increase your BP

Cardiovascular diseases could affect us because of constant high blood pressure or BP or hyper tension in us. It is necessary to maintain normal BP so that we could avoid the risk of getting many diseases. In this fast paced world most of us have sedentary lifestyle and poor eating habits. These two contributes to high blood pressure in us.

There are habits that many of us have and these habits could increase our BP.

Lack of physical activity:
Apart from increasing the body weight, lack of physical activity could also increase our BP to high levels. So please be careful. It must be noted that exercising for 30 minutes daily could keep the health intact. Walking is the best exercise one could do daily to maintain their BP in normal levels.

Addiction to tobacco:
Not many are aware that tobacco could lead to increase in BP. It is said that smoking and chewing tobacco could lead to increase in BP. By stopping the tobacco immediately, we could be free from increase in BP plus from other health issues like cancer etc.

Stressful life:
This is one important factor that could result in high BP in us. Majority of us have stress in our daily lives in the form of work completion, target achievement, examination etc. More stress leads to high BP in us. It is therefore important to keep stress under control. For this, yoga, meditation etc could be superb.

Caffeine and alcohol intake:
It is known that coffee has got caffeine in it and consuming coffee in excess amounts could lead to more BP in us. It is necessary to limit the coffee intake. Intake of alcohol could result in increase in our BP levels. For our health to be good it is important to quit drinking alcohol or take alcohol in limited amounts.
