Digestive issue is one common health problem and majority of us would have experienced this issue in our lives. It is said that a good tea is the best way to treat the digestive issues in us.

Intake of fennel tea:
The important point is intake of fennel teas could reduce the risk of stomach ulcers. Issue like bloating, gas etc are treated effectively by drinking fennel tea and it works by making the smooth muscles of GI tract to relax.

Intake of gentian root tea:
For many centuries gentians are used to treat many GI complaints like heartburns, vomiting, stomach aches and diarrhoea etc. The presence of compounds iridoids in gentian could increase the production of digestive enzymes and acids and the gentian root is very powerful.

Intake of ginger tea:

Intake of peppermint tea:
Peppermint is unique because of its refreshing flavour. It is revealed that by consuming peppermint tea many digestive problems in us could be eliminated.
