Say No to these foods as they could lead to oily skin

Whatever food we eat not only implies on our weight but also on the look of our hairs and skin. It is necessary that we must take note of this whenever we consume foods. Many of us love foods and eat different kinds of foods. It is revealed that apart from the food we take we must also drink enough water so that our skin and face does not become oily or greasy. Eating the right kind of food is essential because then only the toxins present in the body would be eliminated. We all want to look fresh without any grease and for that, we must avoid a few foods.

These below-mentioned foods must not be consumed by us as they could lead to oily skin us.

Limit or avoid dairy products intake:

It is said that excess intake of dairy products is dangerous for both health as well as skin. Hence it is important that we must limit the intake of dairy products. Dairy products like butter, ghee, cheese etc must be consumed in restricted amounts only. Totally avoiding the intake of the dairy products might not be possible.

Avoid fried foods intake:

Who doesn’t like fried foods like samosas, pakados, fries etc? Not many know that these fried foods could damage not only the health but also the skin. It is said that the skin quality gets spoiled by this dried stuff.

Avoid processed foods intake:

Our skin could get worsened when we consume packet noodles, soups, meats, etc. The point is these processed foods could result in oily or greasy skin and finally to acne and pimples.

Avoid sweets intake:

Consuming a scoop of ice cream or a piece of chocolate rarely would be good for us. These must not be consumed frequently as the skin would get affected. It is said that foods like white sugar, corn syrup, cakes etc should be taken in reduced amounts or avoided.

Avoid chilies intake:

This is also one food item that must be avoided. It must be noted that consuming chilies lot of heat is generated in the body and this would result in oily skin.

Avoid caffeine intake:

Not many of us are aware that caffeine present in the coffee has got the power to dehydrate the body. Inflammation takes place and our skin could become oily.

Avoid soy intake:

Our hormonal balance couldld get disrupted by the phyto-estrogens present in soy. This would further lead to oily skin.
