Big stomach due to water belly:
It must be noted that excess fluid in our body could lead to fluid retention. Point here is it is one of the ways our body reacts to the stress. Some of the most common signs of water retention are swelling of hands and feet. In some persons swelling of abdomen could also take place. It is revealed that in most cases the swelling goes off in few days and the body comes back to the normal shape. Persons having water belly must make sure that they avoid foods that are rich in sodium as it could result in water retention. By drinking lots of water, excess fluids and toxins could get flushed out.
Big stomach due to gas belly:
When certain foods do not get digested all too well, then excess gas gets accumulated in the stomach. The truth is foods such as cabbage, onion, high fibre rich foods etc could produce gas. It is worthy to note that bacteria present in the stomach could lead to gas and could cause bloating in the abdomen. It is said that for the purpose of increasing good bacteria in the gut it is important to take pro-biotic foods. This presence of good bacteria would lead to good digestion.
Big stomach due to cysts:
