It is known that the pressure of circulating blood on the walls of the blood vessels is BP or blood pressure. Many of us get affected by blood pressure or hypertension issue these days. The high blood pressure in us could be due to factors like stress, sedentary lifestyle etc.
These lifestyle changes must be followed for the BP to become normal.
Reduce sugar intake:
One of the easy ways to reduce BP is by consuming less sugar. This must be done without fail.
By exercising:
Exercising could give us many benefits and one such is it lowers our BP. It is believed that 30 to 40 minutes of doing exercises 3 or 4 times a week is sufficient.
By controlling weight:
Some of us are overweight or obese and it could lead to many health issues. It is important to maintain our body weight if we have BP.
By reducing bad carbohydrates:
Eliminating carbohydrates is not good and is very risky. It is believed that by lowering the bad carbs we could control our BP.
By intake of potassium rich foods:
Potassium is found in foods like milk, bananas, sweet potatoes etc and intake of these foods could lower the BP effectively.
