Leafy green vegetables intake:

Orange intake:
The symptoms associated with the anti-inflammatory diseases could be controlled by the vitamin C that is present in the oranges. This citrus fruit must be added to the diet of arthritis affected persons compulsorily.

Berries intake:
By consuming berries rich in antioxidants, inflammation could be reduced effectively in the arthritis persons.
