Women could get affected by cardiovascular diseases just like men and heart diseases are a huge threat to both genders!!

It is known that stress could cause various issues and these could result in heart diseases in us. It was pointed out by a senior interventional cardiologist Dr. Nilesh Gautam that chronic headache coupled with loss of appetite, breathlessness, chest tightness, reduced sleep, negative mental thoughts etc are few indicators for stress. Both men as well as women could get affected with traditional risk factors of coronary heart disease like high BP, cholesterol, obesity etc.

Having diabetes:
It is important to note that women with diabetes issues would get affected with heart issues more than men with diabetes. The way we feel the pain gets altered by diabetes. By having complications in pregnancy:

Family history:
When compared to men, women with the family history of heart disease are more at risk of getting affected by heart diseases.
