Try to avoid these mistakes while doing workouts and get maximum benefits

These days, many of us do work outs regularly for the sake of health and fitness. Not many know that the regular mistakes which we do while working outs could reduce the effectiveness of the workouts. While exercise is just one movement but doing multiple exercises is called as work outs.

To get maximum benefits from doing workouts, we must avoid these

By not hydrating:
By doing work outs we would lose our body fluids. This could lead to muscle cramps. To avoid this, we must hydrate enough after doing working outs. It is believed that by drinking fluids the BP and heart rate would stabilize.

By not doing warm ups:
The muscles in us would become more flexible when we do warm ups before exercises. The muscles would tear when we avoid warm ups.

By being inconsistent:
Many of us don’t have time at our disposal for workouts and due to this we try to do work outs of a week in a day or in 2 days. This inconsistency would lead to injury for us.

By lifting excess weights:
Many make this mistake and end up in muscle tears etc. It is said that we must not lift excess weights. Please be careful.

By working outs in poor posture:
Truth is that doing workouts in poor posture like slouched posture, rounded shoulders etc could lead to back injury.

By overtraining without recovery time:
We could get muscle soreness when we over train us without giving any time for recovery. It is important that we must give our body sufficient time to heal and rejuvenate.

By not having game plan:
It is important that we must have a certain game plan before starting the work outs. If not, there would be lots of time that would be lost.  Setting up the intention is essential.

By taking mobile phones while doing workouts:
Many of us make this mistake and it would affect the concentration or focus deeply. We must have a time limit for checking the mobile phone. There are some who would take footage of their workouts using their mobile phones and this must be done at the end only.

By doing workouts in empty stomach:
It is worthy to note that we must avoid doing workouts with an empty stomach. It is okay to eat food 45 minutes before doing workouts. By this, we would get the blood sugar for the energy.
