Please avoid these items for breakfast!!!

Breakfast is vital for a person’s healthy day with a good start! While it is clear that breakfast is important, care should also be taken the items taken during breakfast!

An unhealthy breakfast will harm the body health! It might even go to the extent taking the life!

Let us get into the details:

Citrus fruits:

Never take citrus fruits as a morning breakfast item! This is because the acidic property of the citrus fruits may lead to acidity in the stomach as well as gastric trouble!  The fibre and fructose contained in the citrus fruits, when taken on an empty stomach, will reduce the sped of digestion system functioning!  SO, NEVER TAKE CITRUS FRUITS SUCH AS ORANGE OR GRAPES BEFORE BREAKFAST!

Bananas:

Banana is rich in Potassium, fibre, and Magnesium! That is why one should not take bananas before breakfast! Large  Magnesium intake on an empty stomach may lead to some heart complaints!

Pear:

Taking pear before breakfast may affect the internal tissues of the stomach! This is because the interior tissues of the stomach very soft and cannot take the rich fibre content!@ It is established that eating pear before breakfast may lead to ulcer!

Tomato:

Tomato contains 10 different acid items! This excess acid intake will increase the acid quantum in the stomach! Tomato is also rich in Vitamin C. This may lead to chest congestion and gastric trouble! SO, AVOID TAKING TOMATOES BEFORE BREAKFAST!

Curd : 

Curd contains Lactobacillus which has curdling property. Curd is rich in lactic acid is beneficial to the stomach. However, if curd is taken before breakfast, the bacterias in the curd may remove the hydrochloride acid in the stomach! Further, taking curd before breakfast may prevent various required body nutrients!
