5 food items that ensure healthy life!

For most of us, the better part of this year might have been spent on ‘WFH’ – Work From Home!

As such, most of the time would have been spent sitting and working without proper food and physical exercise, leading to a body weight increase!

We are aware that lack of sufficient physical exercise and an increase in the quantum of food consumed will lead to several health issues!

In this aspect, medical experts recommend 5 food items in our daily diet to ensure a healthy life! Here are the details:

Almonds: 
Ensure a daily intake of 5 to 10 almonds soaked in water for some time and the skin peeled off. This is rich in protein, vitamins, and mineral salts. As such, they will increase the body immunity level against diseases. Cucumbers: 
Cucumbers are among the most easily available vegetables! Cucumber has very water-content! This helps great improvement in the digestion system.
