Whatever we eat during breakfast would determine the food choices we would make throughout the day!!

It is known that breakfast is the most important meal for us in the day. There are many people who try to avoid eating breakfast for the sake of reducing weight. Truth is that this must not be done for weight reduction as it would lead to health issues later on. It is necessary that core principles of weight loss, healthy eating and exercise etc must be followed without fail for the results to be long lasting. For reducing belly or stomach weight, the weight loss principles must be concentrated towards belly portion for proper weight loss. If a person wants to have a proportionate belly, then he or she must ass fibers and proteins to diet and reduce carbohydrates

Various foods that we could eat for breakfast to reduce our belly weight are

Consuming yogurt:
Research studies have brought to light that persons who consumed yogurt lost their belly weight more effectively than those who did not consume yogurt. These yogurt eating persons also maintained lean muscle mass. It must be taken into note that calcium and protein present in yogurt would help in reduction of belly. Instead of eating fruit yogurt that has excess sugar content, it would be good to eat healthy Greek yogurt.

Consuming upma:
For a healthy belly weight loss option, intake of fibers is very essential. In this aspect, upma rich in fiber content is superb. The presence of semolina in upma is low in fat and it would help with good cholesterol as it has good fat. Take care to cook upma in less oil so that the nutritional benefits do not get nullified by excessive fat that could creep in.

Consuming eggs:
It is superb to eat eggs for breakfast as they are rich in nutrients and low in fats or carbohydrates. When eggs are eaten as scrambled or poached or as omelet with vegetables, then it would be highly filling for us.  The calorie intake must be kept in control even though the breakfast is healthy and this must be kept in mind.

Consuming porridge:
For breakfast, intake of oats would be superb because they have low glycemic index. Oats could be mixed with milk and could be consumed easily. It would be good to eat oats in combination with yogurt or cold milk etc and adding fruits etc to it.

Consuming moong dal chilla:
The split chickpea based moong dal has high fiber content. Apart from fibers, they also have proteins and by eating moong dal chilla we could lose our excess belly fat. By adding vegetables to the batter, it is possible that moong dal chilla would become healthier and nutritious.

Consuming smoothes:
Those who want to lose their belly fat must include smoothies in their breakfast. By eating smoothies, it is possible to get nutrients plus it is possible to lose weight. It is believed that intake of smoothies is a convenient way to increase the intake of fiber and protein for weight loss.
