Avoid getting heat strokes etc during summer by eating these important foods!!

Most serious heat related issue that occurs when our body becomes unable to control the temperature is heat stroke. Prolonged exposure to heat would lead to heat stroke. The summer season could be very harsh on our bodies and could lead to dehydration issues in us. Dehydration could result in heat strokes in us. To avoid getting dehydrated, it is essential that we must eat certain foods that would be easy to digest and would provide us with nutrients to be fit in the extreme heat. By eating these foods we would be able to prevent issues like dehydration and heat stroke etc.

Foods to consume to avoid getting heat strokes etc are

Consuming cucumber:
It is superb to note that cucumber has 95% of water in it and by consuming cucumber we would be able to avoid dehydration, heat stroke etc.  Truth is that skin must not be removed while consuming cucumber because the skin has vitamin C.

Consuming watermelons:
This fruit has got 92percent water content and intake of water melon could stimulate the release of excess perspiration.

Consuming pomegranate:
Toxins from our body would get flushed out due to the presence of antioxidant punicalagins. This fruit when consumed would prevent heat stroke and would improve our metabolism.

Consuming mint:
The menthol that is present in mint leaves would stimulate specialised nerve endings and by this we would feel cold. It must be noted that an electrical impulse would travel to brain and it would make us believe that the climate outside is cold. This would automatically cool down the body mechanism. And we could avoid heat stroke etc.

Consuming kiwi:
The hydration levels in us would become more by regular intake of kiwi fruit. The electrolyte levels would get better due to the presence of potassium in this fruit. By this, we could avoid getting heat stroke in us.

Consuming celery:
It is worthy to note that celery has got 96% of water plus it has got numerous minerals like zinc, iron, calcium and magnesium etc. This would keep up the electrolyte levels and would prevent acid reflux etc. We would be protected against heat stroke.

Consuming snow peas:
By consuming snow peas, it would be possible to avoid getting dehydrated and avoid heat strokes etc. The vitamin C present in snow peas would protect the skin from sunburns etc.

Consuming mangoes:
Mangoes are known as super foods bebecause they have 20 different kinds of vitamins and minerals in them. Intake of mangoes would help us to avoid heat strokes etc. It is known that mangoes are rich in vitamins like A, B6, C, iron etc. It is noteworthy that 3.4 cups of mango would provide 50% of daily requirement of vitamin C.
