Eating the right kind of food is very important and by that we can keep ourselves healthy!!

It is well known to us that food is an important part of our diet. When we eat the right kind of food, then we could get cured from several diseases and fight infections etc. Not many of us would know that foods can also be responsible for certain kinds of health issues in us. To keep the body fit and healthy, the right kind of food must be consumed by us.

Our immunity would get affected by the food we eat and therefore we must include foods rich in antioxidants, minerals and vitamins etc. Intake of these foods would boost our immune system to a huge extent. It is known that the immune system refers to a large network of complex cells, tissues, organs etc and substances they make to fight against infections etc.

Various foods that can bring down the immunity levels or affect the immune system are

Avoid fried foods intake:
Advanced glycation end products or AGEs present in the fried foods would create inflammation in us. Our body`s oxidation process would get disturbed by eating fried foods and we could get several diseases and health issues etc easily.

Avoid processed meat intake:
The immune system in us would get disturbed by the presence of AGEs present in the processed meat. It is worth mentioning that processed meats also have high fat content that would disturb the immune system. The preservatives in the processed meat could lead to inflammation in us.

Avoid sugary foods and beverages:
We could get diabetes and obesity etc when we consume foods that have high sugar content in them. Our immunity would get affected by eating high sugar foods etc.

Avoid omega-6 fats intake:
For our body to function healthy, it is necessary that we must consume foods that have both omega-3 as well as omega -6 fats. When we consume omega-6 fats in excess quantities, then our immune system would get affected.

Avoid high sated foods:
By eating foods that are rich in salts, we could get inflammation in us. Various examples are pizzas, salted nuts, soups etc.
