There would be superb cell production when we consume cinnamon that is rich in polyphenols. It must be noted that the antibacterial as well as antifungal properties of cinnamon would enhance the skin complexion.
Fresh ginger and honey combo intake:
Gingerol present in ginger has anti-inflammatory properties. Bacteria present on the surface of the skin would get destroyed. The combination of ginger and honey would delay skin ageing and wrinkles etc. This is due to the concoction of ginger and honey being natural antifungal and antibacterial solutions.
Healthy fats intake:
It is known that vitamin a is responsible for skin cell repair plus it would stabilize collagen production too. It is important that we must eat healthy fats present in avocado, salmon, walnuts, ghee etc for the sake of strong and firmer skin.
