Protein rich fruits that every kid must eat for their daily protein requirements and health!!

It is well known that proteins are large biomolecules and macromolecules that have one or more long chains of amino acid residues. They are composed of elements like carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen plus one or more chains of amino acids. Twenty five grams of proteins per day is a must for those children between the ages 3 to 5. It must be noted that kids between the age 5 to 7 needed 30 gm per day of protein and those between 7 to 10 must consume 35 gm of protein per day.

There are many fruits that are rich in protein content and these kids must eat these fruits without fail to get the much needed proteins for the body.

Intake of avocado:
This is one of the super foods every kid must eat compulsorily. Avocado is rich in healthy fats plus potassium, dietary fibres etc.  A cup of avocado has 4.6 grams of protein. Health benefits of this fruit includes, cholesterol reduction, better heart health, reduce arthritis symptoms etc

Intake of dried cherries:
By consuming dried cherries a child could get numerous benefits. A cup of dried cherries would have 4.6 grams of protein and hence every kid must eat dried cherries. These fruits can also provide health benefits like reducing inflammation, lowering cholesterol, lowering blood sugars etc

Intake of jackfruit:
It is a known fact that the fibres present in this fruit would make us feel full for a long time. By this, we would not eat foods unnecessarily. A cup of jackfruit would have 3gms of protein and kids must eat jackfruit. Various benefits of jackfruit intake are preventing cancer, preventing heart diseases, preventing cataracts etc.

Intake of prunes:
It is known that intake of prunes could help the gastrointestinal health plus prevent bone loss etc. This fruit must be consumed by kids as it is a power house of several nutrients. It is noteworthy that 100gms of prunes have 2.2 grams of protein and the child must eat them without fail to get the much needed proteins.

Intake of kiwi fruit:
Kiwi fruit can provide us with numerous health benefits like controlling BP, decreasing the risk of getting strokes, heart diseases etc. A cup of kiwi fruit has 2.2gms of proteins and a child must eat this fruit for the sake of proteins

Intake of dried apricots:
Our eye health would get improved plus reduction in BP, improves gut health etc are some of the health benefits of eating dried apricots. A cup of dried apricots will have 2.2 grams of protein and hence kids must eat this fruit.

Intake of bananas:
Highly delicious to eat, bananas are easily available and one cup of mashed bananas would have 2.5grams of protein. Therefore, children must eat bananas without fail for their protein requirement. It is a fact that intake of this fruit could improve blood sugar plus support digestion, improves heart health etc. We would feel full after eating this fruit rich in fibre content. This would help in weight loss.
